About Me:

I’m a podcast producer and journalist who’s covered tech, business, the U.S. Constitution, state and local politics, gender and race issues in sports, and more.

Currently, I’m the associate producer of the Webby-nominated podcast Decoder with Nilay Patel at The Verge and Vox Media.

Decoder dives into the big ideas, challenges, and decisions driving tech and business—everything from crypto and the metaverse to the challenges of internet policy and the future of electric cars. I’ve had the privilege of producing episodes featuring CEOs of major car brands like Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen, tech companies like Logitech and Sonos, and startup media outlets and career re-training companies, as well as government officials like Sec. Pete Buttigieg and Margrethe Vestager.

Previously, I spent three years at the National Constitution Center where I was the Podcast Producer and Constitutional Content Specialist—leading production of the Center’s two podcasts, We the People and Live at the National Constitution Center, writing for the

blog Constitution Daily, and authoring our newsletter Constitution Weekly.

Prior to that, I was an intern reporter at The Intelligencer and the Wheeling News-Register in Wheeling, West Virginia—where I was born and raised.

I graduated phi beta kappa from Oberlin College in 2018 where I was an editor of The Oberlin Review. A politics major, I won the Politics Department’s Aaron Wildavsky Memorial Prize for the best graduating senior specializing in American politics and policy. Also a member of the women’s tennis team, I won the Athletics Department’s Gertrude E. Moulton Memorial Prize for dedication to academic and athletic excellence and demonstrated leadership skills.

I remain involved with Oberlin as a board member of the Oberlin College Heisman Club.
